Established in 1894, this long-standing sake brewery was founded in Gifu, where the Nagara River flows. Using the underground water of the Nagara River, we brew sake with traditional techniques, and as a local sake brewery in the red miso culture area, we continue to be beloved by the community. To create a soothing and delicious sake, the brewery is filled with the ambient sounds of nature.
