This is limited low-alcohol sake called "Nero" and it's only sold in summer. It is in perfect harmony with tropical flavor, smooth texture and rich taste. It can be enjoyed well-chilled so the aroma and refreshing taste of chilled sake is best appreciated in the summer. It goes very well with pork shabu-shabu, marinated octopus or gyoza.
