It is one of the most popular sake in Tamagawa. It has a dry taste, yet a round texture and a dense umami flavor. You might feel it has a boozy quality as it has more than 20 percent alcohol content, but you can enjoy its strong taste and sharp aftertaste. It goes well with grilled white fish with miso, deep fried oysters, firefly squid,and mature cheese. It is recommended to serve on the rocks, chilled, at room temperature, or hot.
