This is a premium cooking sake. Using only rice, rice koji and sake lees, and it has more natural umami component than other cooking sake. Add this at the beginning of cooking, as it develops the natural flavor of grains, vegetables, seafoods, and meats. It has a rich umami taste, so just using half amount than usual is enough.
