The name “94”(read as "Nine Four") on the label plays on words for the name “Kushi,” which is short for Kushiyaki or anything on a stick. It has deep flavor and tasteful quality, and rich acidity. As you can see and needless to say, it makes perfect combination with Yakitori with teriyaki sauce. Also it matches with something rich taste, such as beef stew or simmered mackerel with miso. It is recommended to serve it Atsukan (40 to 55 degrees Celsius) or Nurukan (25 to 40 degrees Celsius) or at room temperature.
