​Founded in 1895, Mori Shuzojo is a sake brewery located in the historic port town of Hirado, which flourished as a hub for international trade. Under the leadership of the fourth-generation president, the brewery embraces the theme of "Tsunagi Tsunagaru Sake Brewing(Sake Brewing that Connects and Bonds)," emphasizing continuity and connection. Utilizing renowned water sourced from the base of Saikyoji Temple and locally grown rice, they craft sake that embodies the terroir of Hirado.
